Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee our relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing key accounts, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions that match their needs. You will be responsible for driving sales growth while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to promote recurring business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop account strategies that ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Regularly visit clients to maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage account information effectively.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
  • Report on sales results and client feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or similar field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or related positions
