• Manage logistics budgets and report on cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics queries from clients and internal teams.
• Analyze shipment data and prepare recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist in developing logistics KPIs and monitor performance against these metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting logistics operations.

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Logistics Software Proficient in logistics management software for monitoring shipments and inventory.
• Microsoft Office Suite Expert in Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Attention to Detail Keen attention to detail in managing inventory and documentation.
• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Familiarity with ERP systems: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems for managing logistics.
• Experience with KPI tracking: Ability to set and monitor key performance indicators for logistics operations.
