We are seeking a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will focus on environmental assessments, resource management, and sustainability practices, collaborating with stakeholders to implement projects that positively impact the community and environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental risks associated with construction and land development.
• Guide teams on methodologies for ecological restoration.
• Engage with conservationists to align projects with biodiversity goals.
• Implement and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and present findings to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting

• GIS Software
• Water Quality Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)
