Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial reporting, data analysis, and budgeting. You will work closely with the finance team to provide meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts.
• Perform financial trend analysis and variance explanation.
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy of data provided for financial reporting.
• Support audits and financial reviews with required documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present financial insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a financial role, preferably in analysis
