Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while adhering to project management methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives while involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Direct and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Utilize project management software and tools for tracking progress.
• Support team development and training as required.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry

• Agile and Scrum methodologies

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
