Seeking a creative Interior Designer with a passion for aesthetics and functionality. As part of our team, you will bring spaces to life, ensuring they are both visually appealing and practical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop design concepts and presentations for client approval.
• Source materials and furniture, collaborating with suppliers and contractors.
• Create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings to visualize designs.
• Oversee the installation and execution of design plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
