Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spreading silk fabric onto cutting tables for further processing, ensuring that the fabric is free of wrinkles and defects.

Responsibilities

• Smooth out silk fabric thoroughly to prepare for cutting.
• Monitor quality of fabric and report defects immediately.
• Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Keep production areas tidy and free from hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar production role, preferably in textiles.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills

• Time management
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with silk fabrics: Prior experience in handling silk or similar materials is a plus.
• Experience in a textile or fashion-related industry: Background in the textile industry may enhance performance in this role.
