Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize efficiency and minimize costs in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop plans for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Work closely with production teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Utilize data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
• Identify areas for enhancement in production layout and workflow.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on engineering projects.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
