Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance metrics and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with the development of project proposals and bids.
• Support project teams in logistics and planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles

• Agile Methodologies
• Stakeholder Management

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with change management frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks that assist in managing organizational change.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma: Understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
