• Support users in the effective use of technology solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs or service.
• Prepare and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to IT project implementations where required.
• Gather user feedback to enhance service quality.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years experience in IT support roles
