Responsibilities

• Design innovative architectural solutions appropriate for the environment.
• Communicate with clients and present architectural proposals.
• Create and amend detailed drawings to meet user needs.
• Review designs to ensure operational and functional requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end project delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct quality control and ensure all designs are structurally sound.
• Document design processes and maintain accurate records.
• Work in collaboration with various teams to facilitate functional designs.
• Advise on the necessary permits and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture

• Civil Engineering Knowledge
• Building Codes

Certifications

• Chartered Architect
• Sustainable Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
