Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors while adhering to budgetary and scheduling constraints. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, ensuring seamless project delivery and robust client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and procurement schedules.
• Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client relations.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Oversee workforce allocation to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct final inspections of completed work and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among project staff.
• Ensure that projects are completed within contractual obligations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is an advantage
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project management
