Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect specializing in commercial and residential sectors. You will be heavily involved in the design and execution phases while promoting sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and guiding clients throughout the architectural process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs and plans based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals for project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations throughout the project.
• Assist in the project budgeting process and cost analysis.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design practices and project management.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other software for architecture design and drafting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in both residential and commercial projects
