Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of animal health concerns.
• Perform surgical procedures and follow-up care for pets.
• Keep up to date with veterinary pharmaceuticals and treatments.
• Develop client education resources on animal health.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment in the clinic.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and care.

Requirements

Education

• BVSc or equivalent degree
• Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a veterinary role with surgical experience

• Anesthesia Management

Certifications

• SAVC Registration
• Canine and Feline Practitioner Certification
