Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Cape Town. You will be responsible for managing hotel staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the hotel operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Establish relationships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences.
  • Utilize guest feedback to improve services and operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers and packages.
  • Implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure seamless communication between front of house and back of house operations.
  • Organize and oversee special events and functions within the hotel.
  • Provide reports to senior management regarding operational performance and staff development.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the hospitality field
