We are in search of a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our expanding team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that inform business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Perform data cleansing and data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and recommendations.
• Monitor data governance to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in data analysis with strong emphasis on business intelligence
