Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance

Technical Skills

• Windows and Linux OS
• Networking Fundamentals
• Helpdesk Software

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Team Player

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
