Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work on designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components for various projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on various projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate electrical systems into projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
• Oversee the installation of electrical systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Evaluate and recommend electrical equipment and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering
