Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work on designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components for various projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical proposals for electrical projects.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and approve electrical design documentation.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Analyze project performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage budgets and schedules for electrical engineering projects.
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and updates.
• Collaborate with suppliers for the procurement of electrical components.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality control during project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering

Technical Skills
