Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting function.
• Prepare tax submissions and manage deadlines.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training.
• Actively participate in financial audits and inspections.
• Prepare cost analyses and project financial reviews.
• Manage and organize company financial records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an accounting role, with managerial experience preferred

• English: Fluent
