Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Solutions Ltd., you'll play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving tech issues for our clients. You will assist with hardware and software installations, provide support for networks, and ensure overall system functionality. Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests within agreed service levels.
  • Assist in managing IT inventories and records.
  • Work with external vendors to coordinate equipment repairs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Participate in IT projects as required.
  • Help develop support documentation and guides for user reference.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
