Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate records.
• Prepare and manage financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Improve and manage the budgeting process effectively.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures.
• Provide support during financial audits and external reviews.
• Collaborate with management to drive financial strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA) is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage)
• MS Excel

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Certifications

• CA(SA) certification preferred
• SAP Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
