UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with cross-functional teams to innovate on current designs.
• Create and maintain high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
• Communicate design rationale and collaborate with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
• Review app and web designs to ensure technical feasibility.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and feedback.
• Engage with clients during the design phase to gather insights and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a design role specializing in UX/UI
