Job Description

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee operations at our establishment, ensuring a high standard of food service while meeting financial objectives. This role involves working closely with chefs and staff to deliver an outstanding culinary experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and presented according to standard recipes.
  • Implement training programs for staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for menu enhancements.
  • Facilitate communication between kitchen and service staff for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
