• Supervise junior engineers and interns, providing mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
• MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment, with proven experience in process optimization

• Process Simulation Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in manufacturing processes.
