Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Marine Biologist to join our team in Durban. Your main focus will be on conducting marine research and conservation projects. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills and a background in marine ecology.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports on findings from marine research.
  • Conduct educational outreach to the public and schools.
  • Participate in marine advocacy efforts and policy discussions.
  • Collaborate with other scientists and stakeholders on marine issues.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Marine Biology or Conservation is advantageous
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marine conservation
