Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to support our firm’s financial planning and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a solid understanding of financial regulations, forecasting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze variance in financial performance against budgeted figures.
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes through comprehensive financial evaluations.
• Coordinate financial due diligence in potential investment opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic plans and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
