• Monitor patient outcomes and medication efficacy.
• Assist in the creation of patient education materials.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmacy trends and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate Pharmacology is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in clinical pharmacy practice

Technical Skills

• Clinical assessments

Certifications

• Certified Immunizing Pharmacist (CIP)
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Certification

Languages
