Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of management accounts and other reports.
• Assist with statutory compliance and filing requirements.
• Participate in financial strategy discussions.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within financial operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Budgeting
• Financial Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Interest in Tax Advisory: Experience or interest in exploring tax advisory services for clients.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to guide and mentor junior accounting staff.
