Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse activities. Your role will involve managing stock inventory, directing staff, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Optimize workflow and processes to increase efficiency in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor logistics operations and address issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on inventory metrics, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse
