Job Description

Seeking a motivated IT Support Technician in East London! You will be responsible for providing support across various platforms, managing user accounts, and ensuring that all IT resources are functional and up-to-date, fostering a tech-savvy workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-site support for hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
