Responsibilities

• Perform nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Additional certifications in specialized nursing areas are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting preferred

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
