Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our organization's computer systems and networks from various cyber threats. You will play a key role in monitoring, detecting, and responding to incidents, while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Set up and configure new technology equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document internal procedures and maintain IT documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software purchases and repairs.
