We are seeking a dedicated Police Training Officer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in law enforcement and will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for new recruits. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver educational training modules tailored to law enforcement needs.

• Foster a supportive learning environment for all participants.
• Engage with external stakeholders to align training with best practices.
• Prepare and manage training schedules, ensuring proper facilities are available.
• Contribute to the oversight of training-related budgets and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Education, Criminal Justice or related field
• Further qualifications in training or law enforcement are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement or training
