Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer to join our growing team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for creating stunning and functional designs for various residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Produce 3D renderings and visualizations to help clients visualize designs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff.
• Participate in design competitions and industry events to promote the company.
• Review and approve design schematics and plans prepared by team members.
• Document project progress and maintain design records for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• Design Software (SketchUp, Revit)
• Material Selection

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Project Management

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) in Design: Hands-on experience in using VR technology to visualize designs.
