Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to all company personnel.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s IT security policies.
• Install updates and patches to software applications as needed.
• Perform regular system audits and maintain documentation.
• Provide support during IT projects, including system upgrades.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees with IT equipment.
• Maintain an organized and efficient IT workspace.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and liaise with internet service providers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within IT support operations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant fields

Experience

• 2 years of direct IT support experience preferred
