SOC Analyst

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled SOC Analyst who will work in our security operations center to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents. The ideal candidate will be adept in threat analysis and employing effective incident response strategies. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous monitoring and analysis of cybersecurity threats.
• Identify vulnerabilities in the organization’s networks and systems.
• Work with other analysts to refine and update incident response plans.
• Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of security protocols.
• Prepare reports on security incidents, providing insights for future improvements.
• Engage in security exercises and simulations as part of preparedness training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in cybersecurity or incident response roles
