Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will identify and target potential customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will promote and sell writing pens and other stationery products while providing outstanding customer support. Strong sales experience and a passion for stationery are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business leads and enhance the customer portfolio.
• Build rapport and trust with clients by providing exceptional service.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts effectively.
• Utilize CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Participate in promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.

• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business or a related field (advantageous)

Experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
