Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Die Inspector to ensure that our die casting molds and castings adhere to stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be capable of identifying any discrepancies in molds and castings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess die casting components for quality assurance.
• Document findings and maintain meticulous inspection records.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve defects and improve processes.
• Utilize precision measuring tools for evaluations.
• Recommend tooling changes to enhance production quality.
• Train junior inspectors on quality control protocols.
• Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• National Diploma in Quality Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in die casting inspection.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Precision measurement tools

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
