Job Description

Join our team as a Clinical Research Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and monitoring clinical trials. You will work closely with sites to ensure compliance and data integrity, contributing to important medical advancements in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage site selection and qualification.
  • Oversee patient recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Review adverse event reporting and ensure timely reporting.
  • Prepare and present study updates to the clinical operations team.
  • Conduct site assessments to ensure proper equipment and supplies are available.
  • Provide support for regulatory submissions and compliance verification.
  • Establish effective working relationships with all trial stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing training materials for site staff.
  • Collect and manage study documents and data integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Biomedical Science or Pharmacy
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trials or research
