Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design processes for assigned projects.
• Create innovative and functional designs that meet client needs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for construction activities.
• Review contractor submissions and provide feedback.
• Ensure quality assurance in all phases of design and construction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
• Professional Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in practice

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
