Interior Spaces Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our Durban team. The role involves designing and executing plans for various spaces, from homes to offices. You'll need to ensure designs meet both functionality and aesthetic standards. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle client relationships are essential for this role, as you'll be part of a team that strives for excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee design projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Evaluate and revise designs based on client feedback.
• Attend trade shows and design exhibitions to source new materials and ideas.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for client approval.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Document and organize project details and communications efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in design software preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the interior design sector

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
