Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage healthcare operations, maintain patient and staff communication, and facilitate efficient hospital workflows while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of patient and employee records.
  • Coordinate the inquiry process and handle patient feedback.
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with departmental needs.
  • Manage compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other administrators to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support adherence to health information privacy regulations.
  • Facilitate training sessions related to new systems and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding administrative processes.
  • Assist in project management for new initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic development planning and implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administrative roles
