Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues while providing outstanding support to our staff. Your expertise will help maintain system integrity and enhance user experience across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely solutions.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Support remote users with IT-related queries and issues.
  • Train users on new technologies and software.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on ongoing projects.
  • Maintain security protocols and data protection measures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ years in a technical support role

Languages
