• Perform comprehensive evaluations of golf carts to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Diagnose issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with team members to enhance repair processes.
• Maintain inventory of parts and order supplies as necessary.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Communicate with customers regarding their service needs and repair timelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or certification in automotive mechanics is advantageous
• Mechanical aptitude Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Electrical systems knowledge Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Hydraulic systems knowledge Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and maintenance.
• Attention to detail Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality repairs.
• Problem-solving Proficient in identifying and resolving mechanical issues.
• Communication skills Effective communicator with customers and team members.
• English (Fluent)

• Ability to fabricate custom parts: Experience with welding or fabricating parts as necessary.
• Familiarity with gas-powered golf carts: Understanding of the mechanics of gas-powered carts.
