Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests and support tickets.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications.
  • Train users on system features and functionalities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the technical support industry
Technical Skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
