Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related queries.
• Support the Director of Operations in the strategic planning of projects.
• Conduct project audits post-delivery and implement improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across project teams.
• Identify training needs and work with HR to ensure project team capabilities.
• Lead project kick-off and closure meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management

• Risk Management

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages
