Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Cape Town. You will gather financial data, conduct analyses, and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, contributing to our overall organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Engage with external auditors during the audit process.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.
• Support the finance team in project-based financial analysis.
• Build and manage budgets in alignment with business goals.
• Improve financial performance tracking and analysis tools.
• Review and improve financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with other departments to foster financial understanding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role
