Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing blockchain-based solutions that cater to various business needs. You will collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and generate design ideas.
• Refine existing designs based on user analytics and testing results.
• Create style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Analyze competitor products to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Educate team members on UX principles and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• User Research Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Collaboration
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS: Understanding of front-end development to better collaborate with developers.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG): Ability to design inclusive and accessible user experiences.
