Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily gym management to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the facility.

• Monitor financials, analyze reports, and adjust goals to maximize revenues.

• Supervise equipment usage and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management or related field
• Certifications in Fitness Training

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role in a gym or fitness centre.
