Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our users. You'll ensure that systems are functioning optimally and assist with troubleshooting any issues, ensuring smooth operations across the business. Responsibilities

  • Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot technology problems in real-time.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning correctly and report issues to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role
